Workout 18.1A

Standards Individual RX / Master 35+ / Team RX A / Team Masters 35+ A:

 

5 rounds for time

50 double under

12 burpees over the bar

12-10-8-6-4 clean and jerk

 

female weights: 35/45/55/65/70

male weights: 60/70/80/90/100

The Berlin Throwdown 2018 Qualifier 1 is: five rounds for time of: fifty double under,

twelve burpees over the bar, and clean and jerks with a decreasing number of reps and

increasing weights.

 

At the call of 3-2-1-Go, the athlete may grab the jump rope and start with his first double

under. On each double under, the rope has to pass the feet of the athlete twice.

 

The athlete will then continue with twelve burpees over the bar. Each repetition of the burpee starts with the athlete touching the floor with chest and thighs, before performing a two footed jump over the bar. A single-footed take off will not count. No crazy step up/back standards here… just perform an honest burpee and jump over the bar.

 

After completing his burpees, the athlete will then proceed to the bar and start his first round of clean and jerks. Only one bar is allowed and the athlete will be responsible for changing the weights.

 

This workout has a fifteen minute timecap.

 

Your final score is the total time you need for completion of the full workout. If you do not complete the workout within the timecap, add one second on the timecap for each rep you did not complete. Make sure to note your time after the last completed round of clean and jerks as a tiebreaker.

 

If you compete on a Team, add your and your partners score from 18.1B to get your final

Score.
