6 toes to bar

The Berlin Throwdown 2018 Qualifier 2 is: as many repetitions as possible in six minutes of: six toes to bar and six overhead squats.

At the call of 3-2-1-Go, the athlete may jump to the bar and start with his first set of toes to bars. On each toe to bar the athlete must start from a full hang, with the feet behind the vertical plane of the bar. The repetition ends when both feet touch the bar between the hands of the athlete at the same time.

The athlete will then continue with six overhead squats. For each overhead squat the athlete must pass below parallel, with the hip crease clearly below the top of the knee and standing up to full extension of the knee and hip. The first repetition may be performed as a squat snatch.

Women will use a weight of 35kg, men 50kg.

Your final score is the total number of repetitions you can perform in six minutes. If you

compete on a Team, add your and your partners score to get your final Score.
