The Berlin Throwdown 2019 Qualifier 4 is: as many repetitions as possible in three minutes of power cleans and ring muscle ups.

At the call of 3-2-1-Go, the athlete may start with his first set of power clean. each repetition starts with the plates touching the floor and ends with the bar in a front rack position, with the knees and hips fully locked out.

For the muscle up, the athlete must start in a full hang off the rings with arms fully extended and feet off the floor. Each repetition ends with the elbows locked out and elbows and shoulders over the rings.

This workout has a three minute timecap.

Your score is the total repetitions you complete within three minutes. To get your final score, add score of athlete A and athlete B.

At the call of 3-2-1-Go, the athlete may start with his first set of power clean. each repetition starts with the plates touching the floor and ends with the bar in a front rack position, with the knees and hips fully locked out.

On each toe to bar the athlete must start from a full hang, with his feet behind the vertical plane of the bar. The repetition ends when both feet touch the bar between the hands of the athlete at the same time.

Scaled female athletes will perform a feet above parallel. The athlete must start from a full hang, with her feet behind the vertical plane of the bar. The repetition ends when both feet break the horizontal line of 90° from the hip at the same time. You may bend your knees during the movement.
